Out Loud Artistry - more than just talent.
About Us

OLA Creed:

I promise to govern myself according to the standards and philosophy of the organization.  I will show forth the utmost respect for myself as well as others placing God first, others second, and myself third.  I commit to serving my community selflessly.  I am not more important than the whole.  I am a part of a community where I daily deposit positive contributions with no intention and motivation of receiving a return.  It is my duty and honor to serve my community and lead by example.  Change starts with me.  Before me are endless possibilities.  My future is remarkable.

Who We Are:
Out Loud Artistry (OLA) is an extension of Life Link Memphis, a 501 (c) 3 organization.  OLA is comprised of three major components that include: OLAYouth, youth ages 7-18 enrolled in our performer training and mentoring program; Cayerio, a hip-rock fused band; and Hybrid Performance Group, a dance, drama, and music collective.  OLA designs and delivers services in the areas of: performer training, personal and professional development, life skills, live band and dance production, and public speaking.
                                                                                        What we believe
Each individual has a moral and social responsibility to use personal gifts and talents to serve their communities and fellow man.

Where we go:
OLA serves as unique organization in that we are based out of Midtown, but we are mobile hosting in-school residencies within local area schools.  OLA  groups have performed and delivered programs for more than 30,000 viewers and participants nationally.  We provide services for but not limited to our local community, Memphis City Schools, Shelby County Schools, as well as charter schools.  We also provide services to private coordinators locally and nationally.

Our mission:
To equip aspiring artist with the skills necessary to become strong leaders within the performing arts field, the classroom, and the community through exceptional training and mentorship.

Our vision:
OLA on a local and national level, will be a premier performer training and mentorship organization.  We will provide our participants quality training and knowledgeable advising and mentoring in the areas of: the arts, education, career and personal development, and life skills.  For our community, OLA will empower, engage, and connect through our performances and volunteer opportunities.

Our goal is to design and deliver programs leading to positive changes in three distinctive areas of   the participant's life:

                         Increased educational growth
                         Improved performance ability
                        Increased moral responsibility

We understand the importance of arts in education and seek to build an integrative program that appeals to multiple intelligences.  At present, 80% of our college-aged students are enrolled in major universities with our jr. high and high school students maintaining a 3.0 or better.

Our training, advising, and mentoring opportunities will be made possible through a series of mediums that include, but are not limited to: 3-7 hrs of weekly in-class training; weekly, monthly, and quarterly advising meetings with participants; and professional presentations, workshops, and seminars relevant to our core values, mission, and vision.
